Teeth Whitening & Tooth-Coloured Filling

The treatment may use a combination of a whitening teeth gel and laser teeth whitening to
enhance the whitening process. The gel often contains a hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide solution, which helps break down stains and discolouration on the surface of the teeth.

Teeth Whitening Services

Usually, a special light or laser may be used to activate the whitening gel. This light or laser helps to accelerate the whitening process by enhancing the effectiveness of the bleaching agent.

There are many types of teeth whitening (Seremban) in Seremban provided by us in Bling
Dental.

Express whitening:

Express Whitening is a quick, affordable whitening option performed immediately after scaling and polishing, involving a 10-minute light-activated procedure using low-peroxide gel that offers instant results of up to 2-3 shades with minimal sensitivity, though its effects are less long-lasting and less effective on deep stains compared to full in-office whitening.

Home Whitening is a whitening treatment done at home using custom-made trays provided by the dentist, along with whitening gels containing hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide, which are placed into the trays and worn over the teeth daily for a few weeks to gradually whiten the teeth; however, results are not immediate and the effectiveness depends heavily on the patient’s consistency and compliance.

In-office whitening is a professional teeth whitening treatment performed chairside by the dentist using high-concentration hydrogen or carbamide peroxide gels, often activated with light or laser over 3cycles of 15 minutes each, with gum protection applied beforehand to prevent chemical burns; it delivers immediate and noticeable results that can last 1–3 years depending on lifestyle, but may cause temporary sensitivity and slight gum irritation due to the strong bleaching agents used.

Intracanal bleaching

Walking bleach

Walking Bleach is a dental whitening technique used specifically for teeth that have become discoloured from the inside, often due to trauma, root canal treatment, or certain medications; since the discolouration affects the inner layer of the tooth (not just surface stains), a whitening agent is placed inside the pulp chamber of the tooth—after root canal treatment—to whiten it from the inside out gradually over a few visits.
